Dermot and Royal Contracting were extremely professional . My bathroom was done beautifully. Everything was left neat and tidy everyday when they left. Dermot came in under the budget we gave him to work and we got everything we wanted and more. I will definately use Royal Contracting again for our next upcoming project and have referred him to all our friends.

Dermot of Royal Contracting shows why he is a master craftman. He not only gave us ideas but was professional, personable and reliable. He completed our Porch in the time frame he told us and we could not be happier with the finished product. We cannot wait for our friends to come over and see our new addition. I have already hire Dermot to complete other project in the near furture. We would recommend Royal Contracting to anyone looking for work to be done.

From the estimate through the clean-up, Dermot and his team were punctual and dependable. They showed up on the dot and never kept us waiting. The finished result (re-tile and paint touch-up) is beautiful. They also installed new blinds and took great care to pay attention to every detail. Royal Contracting has incredible craftsmen. His work on our bathroom was top rate. He was always available to discuss each and every concern we had during each step of the job. He always returned our phone calls and kept us informed daily about his schedule. Dermot is very personal, easy going, approachable guy. He really kept us at ease in understanding a pretty extensive remodeling job.
